Our inspection facility conducts performance testing using professional dynamometers—Yizheng ZC20B, Yijing ZC20B, and Yijing ZC50B—which undergo regular torque calibration to ensure accurate measurement of motor output. For critical components such as stators and rotors, we perform strict salt bath testing in accordance with standardized operating procedures: components are tested for leakage current and pinholes under 24V DC power in a 3‰ saline solution (36 g of salt dissolved in 10 kg of water) with a phenolphthalein indicator. Only products passing the required thresholds—leakage current below 30 mA (depending on wire diameter) and zero detectable pinholes—are approved for shipment. This rigorous process ensures DC KING MOTOR motors maintain stable performance even under high humidity, temperature fluctuations, and heavy usage, greatly reducing the risk of premature failure
